2. E-Learning Material Access & Delivery Process
Credits are added to your account once your payment is confirmed, and a level of an e-learning material is unlocked when you spend credits on it. Delivery then follows these rules:
- Delivery method: once payment is confirmed, the download link and access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout, and the material is also available through the platform, so you can download it and use it whenever you like
- Delivery timing: e-learning materials and the applicable access information are typically made available within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation
- Possible delay: delivery may occasionally be delayed by system processing, payment verification, technical issues, email service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, so please allow up to 48 to 72 hours
- 72 hour limit: if you have not received, or cannot access, your purchased materials after 72 hours, please contact us at info@jademind-academy.com
- Credit validity: credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase
3. Where to Find Your Materials
Once delivered, your purchased materials can be found in two places:
- The access email sent to the address you used at checkout, so please check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folder
- The My Materials section of your account
4. Access Requirements
To open and download your e-learning materials, you will need:
- A registered account on this website
- Access to the inbox of the email address used at checkout
- A stable internet connection
- An up-to-date, supported browser or device
5. Email Delivery Issues
If your access email has not arrived, please work through the following checks:
- Confirm that your payment was completed successfully
- Check the spam or junk folder of the email address used at checkout
- Make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct
- Allow up to 48 to 72 hours from the time of payment
- If the material has still not arrived after 72 hours, email us at info@jademind-academy.com with your order number
6. Downloaded Files
The download link and access details are delivered within the timeframes described in section 2.
- Once downloaded, the file stays with you to use whenever you like
- We recommend saving downloaded files in a safe place on your device
- If you wish to use a level on the platform again, it can be unlocked again with credits
